Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Mind Body & Soul Wellness, I understand that plans can change and will always try to be as accommodating as possible.
Appointments
If you need to cancel or rearrange an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.
Appointments cancelled with more than 24 hours’ notice will be eligible for a full refund or transfer to an alternative appointment date.
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may not be eligible for a refund and may be charged in full.
Failure to attend an appointment without notice will be treated as a missed appointment and no refund will be issued.
Prepaid Sessions and Packages
Where sessions are purchased as part of a package, unused sessions may be refunded at my discretion, less the value of any sessions already attended and any applicable administration costs.
Online Programmes and Digital Content
Where digital content, recordings or downloadable materials are supplied, refunds may not be available once access has been granted or downloads have commenced, unless required by law.
Cancellation by Mind Body & Soul Wellness
If I need to cancel an appointment due to illness, emergency or circumstances beyond my control, you will be offered either:
- A full refund; or
- An alternative appointment date.
Consumer Rights
Nothing within this policy affects your statutory rights under consumer protection legislation in England and Wales.
