Gift Card Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all gift cards purchased from Mind Body & Soul Wellness, whether purchased for a specific service, package or monetary value.

By purchasing or redeeming a gift card, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Gift Card Types

Gift cards may be issued as:

• A monetary value gift card redeemable against eligible services and packages.
• A gift card for a specific treatment, service or package.
• A promotional gift card issued as part of a special offer or promotion.

The type of gift card purchased will be stated at the time of purchase.

2. Validity Period

All gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

The expiry date will be shown on the gift card or accompanying confirmation email.

Expired gift cards cannot be redeemed and no refund or extension will be provided unless required by law. Gift cards with a 12-month validity period are common within the wellness and beauty sector.

3. Redemption

Gift cards may be redeemed against eligible services and packages offered by Mind Body & Soul Wellness at the time of booking.

Bookings remain subject to availability.

A gift card does not guarantee a specific appointment date or time.

Advance booking is recommended.

4. Service and Package Gift Cards

Where a gift card has been purchased for a specific service or package:

• The recipient may redeem the gift card for the stated service or package.
• If that service or package is no longer available, an alternative service of equivalent value may be offered.
• If the recipient chooses a service of higher value, the difference must be paid at the time of booking.

5. Monetary Value Gift Cards

Where a gift card carries a monetary value:

• The value may be used towards one or more eligible services or packages.
• Any remaining balance may be used for future bookings until the gift card expires.
• No cash change will be given for unused balances.

6. Refunds

Gift cards are non-refundable once purchased, except where required by law.

Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash, credit or any other monetary equivalent. Similar restrictions are commonly applied to wellness and treatment gift cards.

If a booking made using a gift card is cancelled in accordance with the applicable cancellation policy, the value will be returned to the gift card balance where possible.

7. Cancellation Policy

Appointments booked using a gift card remain subject to the Mind Body & Soul Wellness Cancellation Policy.

Failure to attend an appointment or cancellation with insufficient notice may result in all or part of the gift card value being forfeited.

8. Lost, Stolen or Deleted Gift Cards

Please treat gift cards as cash.

Mind Body & Soul Wellness accepts no responsibility for lost, stolen, damaged or deleted gift cards.

Replacement gift cards may be issued at discretion where proof of purchase can be provided.

9. Promotional Gift Cards

Promotional gift cards, competition prizes, complimentary vouchers or special offer gift cards:

• May have different validity periods.
• May not be transferable.
• May not be combined with other promotions or discounts.
• May not be exchanged for cash.

Any additional conditions will be communicated at the time of issue.

10. Right to Refuse Redemption

Mind Body & Soul Wellness reserves the right to refuse redemption where:

• Fraud is suspected.
• The gift card has expired.
• The gift card has been altered, copied or tampered with.
• The gift card has been obtained unlawfully.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mind Body & Soul Wellness shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the purchase, use or inability to use a gift card.

Nothing within these Terms & Conditions excludes any rights that cannot be excluded under the laws of England and Wales.

12. Changes to These Terms

Mind Body & Soul Wellness reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.

Any updates will be published on the website and will apply to future gift card purchases.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

Any dispute arising in connection with a gift card purchase or redemption shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
