Mind Body & Soul Wellness provides wellbeing services including fertility support, hypnotherapy, relaxation therapies and other complementary wellness treatments.

My services are intended to support your wellbeing and personal development. They are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis or treatment from a qualified healthcare professional.

3. Medical Disclaimer

I am not a medical practitioner and do not diagnose medical conditions, prescribe medication or provide medical treatment.

Any information, guidance or support provided during consultations or treatments should not be considered medical advice.

If you have concerns regarding your physical health, mental health, fertility, pregnancy or any medical condition, you should seek advice from your GP, consultant or another suitably qualified healthcare professional.

Whilst every effort is made to provide professional support, no guarantee can be given regarding the outcome of any treatment or programme.

5. Appointments and Bookings

Appointments can be booked online, by telephone, email or through any booking system made available on this website.

All appointments are subject to availability and confirmation.

I reserve the right to decline, cancel or rearrange appointments where necessary.

6. Fees and Payment

The fees for services are displayed on this website or confirmed at the time of booking.

Payment may be required in advance to secure an appointment.

Prices may be amended from time to time, however any confirmed booking will be honoured at the agreed price.

7. Cancellations and Missed Appointments

If you need to cancel or rearrange an appointment, at least 24 hours’ notice is requested.

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full.

Failure to attend an appointment without notice may result in the full appointment fee being retained.

In the unlikely event that I need to cancel an appointment, an alternative appointment will be offered or any advance payment refunded in full.

8. Health and Safety

I reserve the right to refuse or discontinue a treatment where I believe:

• The treatment may not be suitable.
• There are concerns regarding health, safety or wellbeing.
• Relevant information has not been disclosed.

This decision will always be made in the interests of client safety and wellbeing.

9. Confidentiality

All information shared during consultations and treatments will be treated as confidential.

Information will only be disclosed where:

• You have provided your consent;
• Disclosure is required by law; or
• There is a genuine concern regarding the safety of yourself or another person.

Personal data will be processed in accordance with my Privacy Policy and applicable UK data protection legislation.
